Ricardo Sosa is the founder of SOSA Accounting Solutions and brings more than 40 years of bookkeeping, accounting and business experience to companies in Cowichan Valley, Squamish, and Vancouver.
His background includes corporate accounting, manufacturing, construction, and business operations, providing him with a practical understanding of how financial records connect to overall business performance. Ricardo takes a structured, detail-oriented approach focused on accuracy, compliance, and clarity.
He works closely with business owners to maintain organized financial records, meet regulatory requirements, and gain a clear understanding of their financial position to support informed decision-making and long-term stability.
Professional Background
Ricardo earned his designation as a Public Accountant from the University of La Plata in Buenos Aires, Argentina. During his 13-year career with one of Argentina’s leading manufacturing companies, he advanced to the position of Corporate Administration Director, overseeing accounting operations and internal financial processes.
After relocating to Canada, Ricardo continued building his expertise in private-sector. He has held roles including Accountant, Senior Accountant, and Controller, gaining hands-on experience in:

- Construction
- Warehousing and distribution
- Small and mid-sized business operations
